Minecraft Bedrock Edition update 1.14 is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. All of these features are available for PlayStation 4 players as of yesterday, so load up the game and start beekeeping, now with friends from other consoles. It is now the second best selling video game in history at 176 million copies sold (behind only Tetris at 500+ million), and continues to provide its fanbase with desired updates and accessibility. Minecraft is still incredibly popular, and still going strong. These buzzy buddies are sure to be useful to players. Bees that have access to flowers will even pollinate crops, speeding up the rate at which they grow. Honey can be used to cure poison or build honey blocks, the latter of which can slow down mobs (similar to soul sand) and break falls. Besides being extremely adorable, bees will seek out empty beehives which the player can build to call home, and will then begin to generate honey. This has been available for Java Edition since November, but its inclusion in the Bedrock Edition means that Bedrock is nearly completely caught up with Java. This predictably adds bees to Minecraft, along with honey, honeycombs, beehives, and more bee related things. But beyond that, all of Minecraft Bedrock Edition is getting a new patch, dubbed the Buzzy Bees Update.
